Full Range · 5" through 20" Flagship in Service · Indian Armed Forces
Precision Quad is India's specialist manufacturer of FPV propellers — the full 5" through 20" range, engineered, tooled and molded entirely in-house, raw resin to rotor. The 10" flagship PQ 1053 is already in active service with the Indian Army; every other size on the line is built to the same standard. Available to qualified defense, OEM and commercial customers worldwide.
We don't make a propeller. We make the propeller line. Every size on the catalog comes off the same in-house line, the same hardened steel mold tooling, the same glass-reinforced resin compounded inside India. The 10" leads — already in service with the Indian Army — and the rest of the lineup is built to the same standard.
Custom diameters, custom hub bores, custom pitches, OEM keying. Because we own the mold, we cut new tooling in days — not in shipping cycles. Tell us the airframe, the payload, the thrust envelope; we'll build to it.
The proven product. Already turning rotors on Indian Army FPV platforms. Full technical spec in the next section — same precision in every size on the line.

The 10" PQ 1053 is the flagship of the Precision Quad range — the propeller that earned us active-service status with the Indian Army. Engineered for the rotational stresses of high-speed FPV combat platforms, it's injection-molded in a single shot from a glass-reinforced engineering polymer — sourced, compounded and pressed inside India. Each unit leaves the line balanced, weighed and laser-tagged for traceability. Every other size in the range is built to the same standard.
Most low-cost FPV propellers leave the buyer with one decision: which brand sticker goes on top. Every Precision Quad propeller — every size in the range — is the opposite. The steel mold tooling is cut in-house, the resin is sourced and compounded domestically, the press is ours, and the inspection bay is on the same floor — one short walk from raw block to wrapped unit. That's how we hold quality, IP and price across the whole line.
Hardened steel mold blocks machined to micron tolerance on our own CNC line. No outsourced tooling.
Blade cavities lapped, dye-checked and matched. Parting line tuned by hand for clean release.
Single-shot press of glass-reinforced polymer. Cycle, cool, eject — one piece, no glue, no joints.
Each unit weighed, balance-checked, laser-tagged with batch ID. Tracked from press to user.
Most propeller "manufacturing" in India is actually finishing: parts arrive half-formed and get badged. We refused that path. We invested in cutting our own multi-cavity steel mold — the highest-cost, highest-skill part of the chain — because owning the mold is the only way to truly own the product.
The result: full design control, full IP, zero foreign dependency. If a blade profile needs tuning for a specific platform, we re-cut in days — not in shipping cycles.
The PQ 1053 isn't waiting on a launch event — it's already turning rotors on operational FPV platforms in active service with the Indian Armed Forces. The same propeller you'd order today is the one flying right now in active operations. That's the real-world testing that makes it ready for European, NATO-aligned and global defense procurement.
Available to qualified defense, paramilitary, OEM and commercial customers in supported jurisdictions. Export and end-use are governed by applicable Indian regulations.
In active deployment with Indian forces on operational FPV platforms.
Zero foreign dependency. Mold, resin, press, QA — all on Indian soil.
Design and tooling owned in-house. No licenses, no royalties, no leaks.
Mold tweaks in days — not in container ships.
